By accessing turfbossnj.com or engaging Turf Boss NJ for installation, maintenance, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Turf Boss NJ provides artificial turf installation and related services including, but not limited to: residential and commercial synthetic grass installation, pet-area and dog-run turf, putting greens, rooftop and pool-deck installations, schools/playground turf, low-voltage landscape lighting, and ongoing maintenance and infill services. The specific scope, materials, timeline, and pricing for each project are set forth in a separate written estimate, proposal, or installation agreement signed by both parties.
All estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope of work and conditions described at the time of the estimate; material price changes, scope changes, or unforeseen site conditions (rock, drainage issues, additional base material, etc.) may result in change orders that adjust the final price. Deposits, progress payments, and final payment terms are set forth in the installation agreement. Late payments may be subject to fees and suspension of work or warranty service.
We offer financing through third-party partners such as Hearth. Financing applications are subject to credit approval by the lender, not by Turf Boss NJ. Loan terms, interest rates, promotional APR offers, and approval decisions are determined solely by the lender. Turf Boss NJ is not the lender and does not control financing terms.
You agree to provide safe, clear, and timely access to the installation area, including utilities, gates, and any HOA or municipal approvals required for the work. You represent that you have the authority to authorize the installation on the property described. You are responsible for marking private utilities (irrigation, low-voltage lines, etc.) prior to installation. Turf Boss NJ will arrange for public utility marking (e.g., NJ One Call / 811) as required by law.
We provide a manufacturer warranty on turf products (typically 15 years, varies by product) and a separate workmanship guarantee on our installation. Warranty coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures are described in your installation agreement and the manufacturer's warranty documentation. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, fire, sharp objects, vehicles, harsh chemicals, alterations, neglect of recommended maintenance, or acts of God.
If you opt in to receive text messages from Turf Boss NJ — for quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, project updates, or any other purpose — you consent to receive recurring automated or AI-generated SMS/MMS messages at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. We comply with the CTIA messaging principles and A2P 10DLC registration requirements. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full SMS data handling practices.
Cancelling SMS. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the originating phone number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
While we install premium products and stand behind our workmanship, real-world performance of artificial turf depends on factors including site conditions, drainage, usage, weather, pets, and adherence to recommended maintenance. We do not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes, lifespan beyond stated warranty terms, or color/texture matches across different production runs. Our services and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as explicitly stated in your installation agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turf Boss NJ, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turf Boss NJ, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our services or products, or content and information you provide.
Cancellation rights and timelines are set forth in your installation agreement, consistent with applicable New Jersey home improvement contractor regulations. Obligations related to payment for work completed, confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive any termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County or Ocean County, New Jersey, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
